Fares apply in both directions. The minimum fare for a class binds on the shortest runs, so a very short airport transfer costs the minimum rather than a per kilometre figure. Intercity fares already include the out of emirate charge. A pickup between 23:00 and 05:59 adds a flat AED 50. Add a return leg on any date and 5% comes off both legs together.

Extra hours are billed in half hours, never rounded up to a whole one: AED 120 for a Business Sedan, AED 175 for a Business SUV, AED 185 for a Luxury Van, AED 220 for First Class. Distance past the included allowance is charged per km at the rate for the class. A start between 23:00 and 05:59 adds 10%.

A weekend day is AED 520. Larger classes, longer days and multi-vehicle arrangements are quoted to the same structure. A consolidated monthly statement with the VAT itemised comes with every retainer. Corporate contract rates for regular volume are agreed on an account rather than published here.

- VAT
- 5%, already inside every figure on this page. Itemised on your tax invoice rather than added to your fare.
- Airport waiting
- 60 minutes free from the moment your aircraft actually lands, tracked by flight number, not from the time you booked. After that, per minute: Business Sedan and Electric AED 2, Business SUV and Luxury Van AED 2.50, First Class AED 3, Ceremonial AED 4. Billed in whole minutes and shown to you before the chauffeur leaves the rank.
- Waiting elsewhere
- 15 minutes free from the booked pickup time, then the same per minute rates.
- Night pickup
- A flat AED 50 on a transfer, or 10% on an hourly package, between 23:00 and 05:59. Flat rather than a multiplier, so your total stays a single firm number.
- Peak hours and traffic
- AED 0, always. No surge, no peak pricing, no charge per minute for sitting in traffic. This is a published commitment, not an omission: the calculator has no demand input at all.
- Out of emirate
- Already inside every published intercity fare. For a destination not in the table: Sharjah and Ajman AED 30, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah AED 60, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain AED 50. We collect anywhere in the UAE, not only in Dubai, so we can take the return leg too.
- Extra stop
- AED 40 per stop on a transfer, including 15 minutes, then the waiting rate. Up to 3 stops. No charge on an hourly booking, which is as directed by definition.
- Extra hours
- Billed in half hours, never rounded up to a whole one. Business Sedan and Electric AED 120, Business SUV AED 175, Luxury Van AED 185, First Class AED 220, Ceremonial AED 750.
- Distance over the hourly allowance
- 15 km per hour is included. Beyond it, per km: Business Sedan and Electric AED 3.20, Business SUV AED 4.20, Luxury Van AED 4.50, First Class AED 4.80. The rate is on your quote before you book, so the exposure is never a surprise.
- Child and booster seats
- Free, up to three per booking. Infant for 0 to 1, toddler for 1 to 3, booster for 4 to 7. Selected in the booking form and fitted before we reach you.
- Meet and greet
- Free on every airport arrival. A named greeter in the arrivals hall holding a board with the text you chose, help with the luggage, and re-dispatch if the flight is diverted.
- Airport parking and access
- Included. We do not pass airport parking, gate or access fees on to you.
- Extra luggage
- No charge. If your bags will not fit the class you picked, the calculator offers the next class up or a second vehicle at the time of the quote, rather than letting you book a car your luggage cannot go in.
- Cancellation
- Free up to 3 hours before the booked pickup. Inside that, 50% of the fare. A no-show, meaning the chauffeur waited past the free allowance with no contact from you, is the full fare. An airport arrival is never charged for a cancelled or diverted flight. Your confirmation prints the deadline as an actual timestamp.
- Soiling and damage
- AED 250 cleaning, charged only with the photographs sent to you. Lost property is returned by courier at cost.
- Payment
- Pay the chauffeur in the car, by card or in cash, with no account and nothing taken up front. Above AED 500, and on intercity and ceremonial bookings, we hold a card against the booking rather than charge it, and you still settle on the day. Corporate accounts are invoiced on 30 day terms.
- Booking ahead
- Bookings 90 minutes or more ahead confirm online straight away. Anything sooner is accepted at the same price and handed to dispatch, who call you back. Nothing is ever refused for being last minute.

Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every figure on this page and in the calculator is the whole fare: 5% VAT, Salik and road tolls, airport parking and access fees, meet and greet with a name board, 60 minutes of free waiting from the moment your aircraft lands, and child seats. There is no surge, no peak pricing and no charge for the minutes you spend in traffic. The only things that can ever be added are listed under "charged only after the trip" below, and each one is named with its rate before you book.
What does a Dubai airport transfer cost?
DXB to Dubai Marina is AED 185 in a Business Sedan, all inclusive. DXB to Downtown Dubai is AED 130. DXB to Abu Dhabi city is AED 545. The full table is above, and anywhere not on it is priced by the same formula the moment you ask for a quote.
Do you charge more at night?
A flat AED 50 on a transfer for pickups between 23:00 and 05:59, and 10% on an hourly package. It is flat rather than a multiplier so the total you are quoted stays one firm number. A AED 185 run from DXB to Dubai Marina at 02:40 is AED 235, and that is the whole fare.
Are child seats really free?
Yes, up to three per booking. Infant, toddler and booster, category-correct for the child and fitted before we reach you. Choose them in the booking form.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your free waiting runs from the actual landing time, not the time you booked, so a delay costs you nothing. If the flight diverts or is badly delayed the chauffeur is re-timed at no charge. Beyond the 60 free minutes, waiting is charged per minute at the rate for your class, and you see the running figure before the chauffeur leaves the rank.
Can you collect me outside Dubai?
Yes, in both directions, anywhere in the UAE. Intercity fares already include the out of emirate charge, so Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain are quoted as one figure with nothing added at the end.
Do I need an account to book?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no app. You see the price first, give us the journey details second, and pay the chauffeur in the car unless you would rather we invoiced a corporate account.
What is your cancellation policy?
